Sehrish brings more than three years of direct residential-care experience alongside business and management skills. She previously worked as a Care Assistant at Care UK’s Franklin House, supporting residents with Personal Care, mobility, meals, hydration and daily routines while promoting dignity, privacy and independence.
Sehrish holds an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and has practical experience of care planning, safeguarding, health and safety and supporting vulnerable people. As Care Manager, she will support care planning, Service User communication, staff deployment, quality monitoring and the day-to-day coordination of care.
