Sarwat brings management, operational, marketing, sales and customer-service experience to Olive Grove Care. Her experience includes marketing management and responsibility for coordinating people, workloads and business processes.

As HR Manager, she will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee safer recruitment, staff onboarding, personnel records, training coordination and workforce management. Her role will help ensure that Olive Grove Care recruits, supports and retains a competent, compassionate and accountable team.
